Board of Directors

The Board of  Directors at the HCC consists of a collective group of individuals who set aside time in their lives to make the decisions that help strengthen the HCC. They are our local business owners, teachers, professors, retirees, mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers; they are people like you, who want to see quality programs for both the youth and community at large. The Board meets on the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

2021 Members of the Board

Dwight Beall - President
Dwight is a retired professional who has been involved with the Center in some capacity for years.  He is the Director of the pickleball program at the Center.  Dwight chooses to support the HCC because "The HCC has been, and is, an important part of the fabric of our community.  I want to see that continue in a positive way."
Cheryl Shope - Vice President

Patrick Goodman - Facilities Committee
Patrick is the Culinary Instructor at the Huntingdon County Career and Technology Center (HCCTC).   He states that he chose to support HCC because "I grew up participating in HCC sports and programs as a kid.  When I moved back to town, I thought this would be a great way to give back to the center that has given me so much."
Allison Holmes
Allison is a physician at Geisinger Clinic in Huntingdon.  She chose to support the HCC "in order to provide more opportunities for the youth in the area, get kids moving to combat rising obesity rates, create more programs that will feed into our school systems and create more well-rounded athletes.   She wants to assist the youth of our area with reaching their full potential."
Kevin Walters - Facilities Committee
Kevin is retired from the PA Department of Corrections and is currently employed Kunzler's in Tyrone.
